National Careers Service

The National Careers Service provides information, advice and guidance across England to help you make decisions on learning, training and work. The service offers confidential and impartial advice and is supported by qualified careers advisers. Their website has online career tools to help you make decisions about careers, learning and work. You can view over 800 job profiles describing what each job entails, including:

  • what the entry requirements are
  • what you'll do
  • what the working hours are
  • how much you'll usually get paid

You can also use the A-Z job profile list or use the search bar if you've got a job profile in mind.

Building Better Opportunities

Building Better Opportunities (BBO) is designed to help local people move closer to or into employment, improve lives and secure the future prosperity of Worcestershire. With dedicated one to one support from one of Fusions 16 Job Coaches across Worcestershire, they design a personal package of support based on an individual’s needs and circumstances. CareersWorcs

The Careers Worcs Information Advice and Guidance service offers support for 16 to 24 year old's looking for education or training choices.

The service will Support Worcestershire’s young people aged 16 to 24 to understand their next steps in light of the Coronavirus COVID-19. Helping them to make informed careers decisions about education next steps for September, including current year 11 and year 13 students.
